We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or run any tour ourselves. Every tour is run by its provider, and the provider’s name appears on each listing.

  • Bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide and by the tour provider.

  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by GetYourGuide.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by GetYourGuide and the provider and are shown on each listing before you pay.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Providers change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one GetYourGuide shows at checkout. Admission prices quoted from the official sites of the caves and museums named here are the ones those sites showed in the month stated.

Tour Provider Responsibility

  • The tour provider (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides, the route underground and the equipment
    • Closures, cancellations and changes to times or routes
    • Visitor safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • For safety reasons, for works inside a cave, or for other reasons of its own, the provider may cancel, reschedule or change a tour. Refund or new-date options follow the terms shown on the listing you booked.

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by providers
    • Disputes between customers and providers

  • Cave and underground tours involve uneven or wet floors, steps, low ceilings, narrow passages and cool temperatures, and some include ladders or crawling. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the guide’s safety instructions and the rules of the protected caves visited.
